Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times
All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs and budget:

  • Standard Shipping: This is our most affordable option, with estimated delivery times ranging from 3-5 business days within India.
  • Priority Shipping: Get your order faster with 2-3 business day delivery within India.
  • Express Shipping: For urgent needs, enjoy guaranteed next-day delivery within India.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note:

  • Shipping speeds cannot be expedited.
  • Once an order is placed, you cannot change the shipping address.

These charges apply only on Prime eligible and Fulfilled by Amazon items.

  • *You can only choose Morning delivery and Same-Day delivery for residential addresses.
  • *We deliver by 11 am for Morning delivery and by 10 pm Same-Day delivery.
  • **Standard Delivery charges are free for non-Prime members for orders that cost ₹499 or more.
  • **We deliver orders placed with Standard Delivery two or more days after they ship. You see the estimated delivery date before you place the order.
  • ***The applicable delivery charge will be levied even for multiple quantities of the same product. The shipping fee per item structure is limited to standard and fast track speeds for Prime and non-Prime customers, as mentioned in the above table.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

mikisspecialities@gmail.com  ships to addresses within India., Indian Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

Damages

Growth Formula is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
