Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Damaged products
If you realised that the product you purchased from us is damaged during the delivery:
Report the damage immediately upon discovery.
Ensure that the damaged product is returned in the same condition and packaging it was when it was received.
We will organise the replacement of the damaged product provided the damaged product is returned within the following period: 7 days, following your receipt of the product.
Exchange of products
We also reserve the right to allow customers to exchange products with a similar or another product in our store in place of a refund.
Return shipping:
We will bear all shipping costs or other costs associated with the return of the products
If the product is returned for repairs or for an exchange, we will also bear the shipping, transportation, and collection of the product.
